The amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius were a definite plus, along with the beautiful pool area where I enjoyed relaxing. However, I had some frustrating experiences with the reception staff, who came off as brusque during check-in, and the breakfast didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of quality, especially the coffee.
